Progress Report 3
2/17/2015

The person I have beta testing should be ready for an interview soon. I've been preparing a sheet to pass out to my fellow classmates in my different classes that will house the student created designs. I'm currently also making changes to the 3D model in order to improve comfort.
(Edit: The model improvements have been complete)
The first interview went really well and the footage appears to be great!

I'm looking into getting an interview with the CEO of Meadowlark Hills and the Leader of the IT Department.

Progress Report 2
2/11/2015

I had my first interview this Monday with one of the heads of Meadowlark and things went very well! Another interview appointment is currently being scheduled with a resident who has been beta-testing one of the models for us. From what we've heard, she has really enjoyed it so far and it seems to fix the accidental button press issue. I've been brainstorming ways to create the best documentary-esque video using the interviews as well as photos and shots of the facility.

I'm still toying with the idea of hanging the covers on the wall using things like t-pins or something less visible. I don't know if this will be better than using a rotating stand on a pedestal.

Progress Report 1
2/01/2015

Good progress has been made in the Meadowlark Hills equipment cover project! With the Prototypes out and functional, I'll soon learn about any possible changes that can be made to improve them if possible. I've heard great things so far and I've scheduled an interview with one of the Beta Testers this coming Friday! Multiple different models have been designed with sports fans in mind, however these will not be used in the final show and are mainly for the residents.

I've been placed into the fourth show which should give me enough time to create the best show that I possibly can! The idea is to use two monitors to show a documentary-esque presentation including interviews and personal commentary as well as pictures. The other monitor I think will be used to show off the 3D models and designs created by my fellow Classmates.

I'm unsure how to proceed with getting my fellow art students to contribute to the cause, But I think that I will create a blank sheet with a place for their name, and if they want their name shown or not. There will be a box in the center and pictures showing actual size and minimum line space required by the machines. I will figure this out on Monday in Class.
